We achieve our resourcing objectives by attracting experienced people with transferable skills, and incorporating new entrants through our graduate and apprenticeship programmes.

We will continue to set expectations that ensure we transfer the experience and knowledge of existing people to new entrants, and we will work to educate the pipeline of potential employees about opportunities in our industry and target markets.

At Acciva Energy, we want our values to summarise what we are and what we stand for, to reflect the real character of our company and its people. Our focus is to make the connection between our values, the behaviours and sustainability through effective communications and awareness, induction of
new employees and inclusion within roles and responsibilities. We also aim to incorporate our values and guiding principles into our performance management process.

To achieve this, all our new entrants to the business receive an induction which incorporates expectations on our values, principles and behaviours. All our employees are required to complete a mandatory awareness training covering our values, behaviours and our approach to sustainability
